Lindsay Lohan: "It Was Just Tea!"

LiLo claims that all she had to drink while on house arrest was her favorite tea.

After failing a controlled-substance test, Lindsay Lohan is sticking to the story that all she had to drink was tea. According to TMZ, LiLo is insisting that the only reason she failed her test was because the tea is fermented and contans a small amount of alcohol.

This is the same tea that caused her problems with her probation officer earlier this year. The company of this kombucha tea states that the alcohol content is less that 0.05%, so how much did Lindsay have to drink and how sensitive is this test?

Not that it matters anyways, since she was basically given the "ok" to drink during her hearing on Thursday (June 23), but maybe she is so adamant on sticking with this story to show that she really does have good judgement. Her goal is to get her career back on track and showing that she is responsible is the sure way to get it going in the right direction.
