Pippa Middleton has undoubtedly become one of Britain's most watched women and eligible bachelorettes, skyrocketing to fame since her sister Kate Middleton and Prince William's Royal Wedding.
While she may share a similar fame factor with the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa does not benefit from the same measures of security as Kate and Will. But that might be changing very soon!
No need to jump to conclusions, though. She's not getting any closer to marrying Prince Harry (which would afford her the benefit of royal protection). However, her parents are planning on giving her an armored, bomb-proof Audi or BMW, complete with bullet-proof windows and all the latest security devices. Talk about a safe ride!
It seems Pippa Middleton's parents have grown more worried by the minute (and rightfully so!), and Prince William's bodyguards have advised greater measures of protection, such as the new set of wheels. Pippa apparently even carries a panic button of sorts on her person, which dials directly into the police.
Pippa Middleton's growing celebrity has obviously led to a paparazzi push and a veritable "fan-demonium," with followers tracking her every fashion, dating and day-to-day move. With her royal ties and her obsessed fans, who are fervent enough to even devote a Facebook page to her derrière, there's no question her safety could be at risk.
Just this week, U.S. pop royalty Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus were both involved in scary security threats. So, good for Pippa Middleton and her parents. Better to be safe than sorry!
