Khloe Kardashian has been losing weight, and Kim Kardashian wants to get it off, too. Like yesterday!
Khloe, 26, is trying things the healthy and old-fashioned way, she says, since mom Kris Jenner made a crack about cookies on their reality show. Kim KardashianÂ—getting ready for her weddingÂ—may be trying the same route. But Kim has a tendency to overdo things, as Daily Mail reports, picturing her leaving the gym from her second workout of the day. Hey, Kim! Two-a-days are generally left to serious athletes. The thing is they make most people give up from exhaustion. Diet dropout in the making!
Khloe Kardashian tells US magazine, "I like eating well and working out." Her diet, she says, is "all about moderation." Khloe is already down ten pounds over the past few monthsÂ—slow is always best, experts sayÂ—and she credits cardio, drinking lots of water, and small portions. "I love being active outside," she reports. And she is even into things like boot camp and boxing, plus hiking with friends.
Kim Kardashian is more into speedÂ—speed weight loss, that is. "I'm on a mission," she says. "It feels good to be focused and dedicated." How long does anyone bet that enthusiasm will last? Past the first New York hot dog stand? And as for small portions of healthy food? "Starting QuickTrim today," she tweeted. "It's officially summer. I want to really get in fab shape."
Actually Khloe is the sister who represents QuickTrim. But I guess if any Kardashian weight is lost using the product, that should count, right? Whatever. Stay tuned.
