Robert Pattinson has certainly been making a splash in Toronto while filming scenes for his highly anticipated movie, Cosmopolis. Frequenting his favorite bars and restaurants with fellow cast members and greeting fans, Pattinson puts on a brave face. But a new interview has revealed that he's really missing his first big love, and it's surprisingly not his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart!
R-Patz might be longing for some time with K-Stew, but the cause of a recent bout of melancholy is actually his time away from England!
"Right now I'm still trying to leave behind those sad feelings. I went during Christmas, and I knew nothing of what had happened there. That situation was very depressing; the fact of having in mind the idea of a place and returning to find that everything is completely different and nothing you see is the same," Pattinson revealed to the Spanish language Tu magazine.
Wow, Robert Pattinson sounds pretty down in the dumps and nostalgic for his homeland. It's understandable, though, given his packed schedule that's constantly brimming with premieres, filming schedules and personal appearances. Perhaps the 25-year-old actor feels like a part of him is slipping away, as he's busy skyrocketing to fame.
But, who knows, his response might not have been as depressing as it seems--perhaps things were lost in translation.
Of course, it goes without saying that Robert Pattinson is probably missing Kristen Stewart, as well. He, like many celebs, is smart enough to not talk too much about his love life though. After all, no need to run the risk of those relationships being misconstrued, misunderstood or, yes, lost in translation.
