There has been a recent baby boom for the cast of FX's hit show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. First came Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney's (who play main characters Dee and Mac) baby boy, Axel, now nearing the one year mark. Then, just this past week, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Charlie Day - also both cast members - announced that they'll be welcoming their first child at the end of the year! Not one to be left out, Glenn Howerton, the only remaining childless major cast member (well, aside from Danny Devito, though he's likely past his childbearing years!), has announced that his wife is expecting as well!
The It's Always Sunny star and his wife, Jill Latiano, are expecting their first child "later this year", though in the picture that Howerton tweeted out during Comic-Con, it seems as though she's likely further along than Ellis and due well before December. Then again, though, no two pregnancies are the same or are carried the same, so perhaps she's just showing more obviously.
Despite of when baby Howerton is due, one thing is for absolute certain: The set of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is about to be booming with babies! They'd be wise to set up a staff day care at this rate!
