Jesse James's sister, Julianna James England, was arrested for allegedly embezzling from her company a whopping $400,000. The FBI is investigating the case, and it has been reported that she will serve a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison if convicted of the embezzlement charges.
England, 45, worked for Callan Wester Sales in Orange County, CA from 2000 until 2007 when the company shut their doors for financial problems. Imagine that? Could it be that Jesse James' sister was embezzling from the unsuspecting company.
After the company closed their doors, they began to get strange credit card bills for purchases that were unrelated to the business. After investigating the charges, the company discovered that Julianna James England had been embezzling money from the sales company.
They turned England into the FBI, but they had no clue that their former employee had embezzled approximately $400,000 from Callan. If it is true that England was embezzling money, she must have been quite secretive and meticulous while stealing monies from her employer.
The FBI explained that England "would camouflage the theft of funds by writing the names of legitimate vendors on company check stubs. She also accessed the company's online account and made payments to her personal credit cards. In order to further conceal the unauthorized charges, England contacted the issuers of the company's credit card and changed the address for account statements to a post office box in her name and to her home address."
Jesse James' sister was arrested by the FBI at her Little Rock home back in June, and she appeared in court on July 5th. She was charged with three counts of mail fraud, pled guilty, and then she posted $5,000 of bail in order to get out of jail. England will return to court in December of this year.
Apparently, Jesse James is not the only bad boy in the James' family. England is Jesse's older sister, and she has remained very supportive of Jesse as he struggled to get custody of his daughter Sunny, which he just received recently.
Now the James' family is involved in more drama with the embezzlement case of England. Will this family ever find peace and harmony? Will Jesse James be as supportive of his sister as she fights for her freedom?
