He's widely considered one of the World's most eligible men, but it would appear Brad Pitt has a flaw - he can't resist his ex, despite dating the gorgeous Angelina Jolie.
Brad recently met up with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston in London, a move which is reported to have infuriated long-term partner Angelina Jolie. The three have an interesting history, to say the least...
Brad and Jennifer met in 1998, and they married in a private ceremony two years later. Their marriage was widely believed to be one of the most successful, and they were seen as the perfect couple, until they split in 2005, after seven years together. Friends star Jennifer filed for divorce, stating irreconcilable differences.
During the break up, actor Brad was filming 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' - a film which involved him and Angelina Jolie acting as husband and wife. Their closeness on seat drew wide media attention - claims of an affair were very popular - although Brad denied any adultery. When photos of Brad and Angelina on holiday together with her son Maddox hit the press, Brad admitted he had fallen for Angelina on the movie set.
Brad and Angelina, who are often referred to as Brangelina, now have six children together. Brad accompanied Angelina to adopt her second child Zahara in 2005, and in the same year Brad adopted Zahara and Maddox, changing their surnames to 'Jolie-Pitt'.
They also have a biological child, Shilou, who was born in Namibia, and in 2007 adopted Pax, aged three. In 2008, Brad and Angie had twins Knox Leon and Vivienne and Marcheline. Brad and Angelina have never married, famously stating in an interview that they would marry when everyone in America is allowed to marry, although recently they have admitted considering marriage due to their children asking questions.
It would appear that things aren't quite as smooth as they should be, however - Brad's meeting with Jen was captured by the paparazzi, something which a source states Angelina finds unacceptable.
"Angie can't believe how foolish Brad can be sometimes. She can't imagine he really thought he'd be able to get away with meeting Jen in London - a city crawling with paparazzi - without anyone seeing. They had an argument about it, but Angie is exhausted and sick of fighting about Jen." a source told Now.
"Brad says it's no-one else's business if he's friends with an ex, but Angie keeps trying to explain how disrespectful it is to their relationships and their children. She know's if the media circus caught a whiff of Brad within a hundred metres of Jen it'd take the whole circus surrounding them back to the beginning, which she thinks would be hugely damaging for the kids."
Jennifer is said to be happy with her new boyfriend Justin Theroux, and her career is certainly on the rise - from launching perfumes and films to shooting hot photos, she's all over the media and seems to be having a great time.
So while it would appear that Angie has nothing to worry about, it doesn't seem to have calmed her anger. While many will sympathize, many more believe it's simply karma - Angelina seemed to woo Brad while he was a taken man, so is she now struggling to trust him herself? Hopefully they'll get themselves back on track soon, Hollywood wouldn't be the same without them!
