Nikki Reed wore special fingernails on Sunday night (August 7) to the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. In a move that was similar to Katy Perry at the 2010 VMA's, Reed had her fiancé Paul McDonald's face plastered on her fingernails. Is this cool, creepy, or flat-out trashy?
Twilight star, Nikki Reed, who had her nails done to look like the former American Idol contestant, spoke about how she was keeping it a secret:
I told him I have a surprise for him.
That is quite the surprise there Nikki...creepy surprise that is. The Twilight star's nails were similar to Katy Perry's Russell Brand nails. There seems to be something in the water, in putting some else's mug on a cake on nails. What happened to just having t-shirts made?
Take Bradley Cooper on a birthday cake purchased by Kelly Clarkson for instance. That is weird enough, but putting someone's face on your nails is a bit odd.
Then again, at least that is less permanent than having someone's name or face tattooed on your skin. Now, that would really be trashy! Hopefully Paul McDonald isn't too creeped out by Nikki Reed's nails.
