New mum Victoria Beckham has revealed her unconventional plan to get back to her tiny size, and it's not a crash diet - it's yogalosophy!
After giving her body some time to recover after the birth of fourth child Harper Seven, Victoria is now working hard to get herself in shape for New York Fashion Week, which kicks off on September 8th. She isn't planning to crash diet, though - instead she's got a much more unusual plan.

Yogalosophy was apparently designed by Jennifer Aniston's yoga instructor, and combines yoga moves with astrology in an attempt to realign the body and the mind - leading to faster weight loss.
37-year-old designer Victoria is already reported to be using fitness DVDs while her newborn daughter sleeps, and is determined to be back looking her best for the show...it was widely reported that she didn't enjoy the effect being heavily pregnant had on her figure, although she loved the glossy hair and glowing skin.
It's great to see a celebrity losing weight in a way which doesn't include starving the body - healthy eating and exercise are the way to go, and yoga is a great way to keep yourself flexible and moving well...it's also great for helping you keep up with the kids, and as Victoria now has four (Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, with footballer husband David Beckham) she's sure to need the energy.
Her new collections, and her figure, will definitely be a focal point of New York Fashion Week!
