In a sea of white uniforms and plainly clad spectators, Kate Middleton's fashionable sister definitely added some attention-grabbing color to the day.
However, the hue was really the only "haute" thing about the frock, as the silhouette and the cut of the dress were rather simple and demure with a knee-grazing length and girly cap sleeves. Still, it look quite stylish and effortless on Pippa, albeit perhaps a bit fancy for the field.
So, why the crimson shade on a hot summer's day of sport? Pippa Middleton must be seeing the world through rose-colored glasses with her renewed relationship with Loudon. She even wore a pair of chic shades—her signature Wayfarers—during the cricket match, although they didn't have rosy lenses.
