Also making the top ten was Barack Obama's U.S. presidency win, but that's neither here nor there. William and Kate captured the world on their wedding day and people will be talking about the event for years to come. It was a beautiful ceremony and many could not peal their eyes away from the television. The royal balcony kiss would likely make a top television moment for a lot of countries around the globe, don't you think?
