Gwyneth Paltrow has always been vociferously outspoken about her disapproval of needless cosmetic surgery. Nevertheless, the 38-year-old Academy Award winner recently did an about-face by admitting that she might get a boob job. What?
Yes, Gwyneth Paltrow, an actress who has always been obsessed with living, eating, and exercising naturally is apparently ready to throw herself under the knife, thereby breaking "her vow never to tamper with her body." But that doesn't mean that the beautiful blond has been a hypocrite all these years. Or even that she's suffering the onset of some sort of early mid-life crisis. La Paltrow is ready to have breast correction surgery for a very good reason. The mother of two wants to "restore her breasts to their former glory." Even though Gwyneth is still opposed to implants, she wouldn't be opposed to a boob lift if it can correct the damage inflicted on her mammaries by breast-feeding her children, Apple and Moses.
"Before I didn't care about it. And I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity," Gwyneth explained in a recent interview with OK! Germany. "But a breast correction after breast-feeding — why not?"
Although Gwyneth Paltrow appeared bare-breasted in her recent photo shoot in Vanity Fair, she apparently believes her bosom needs some work, so more power to her. It's refreshing to hear an A-list star speak openly and honestly about her opinions of and/or desire for plastic surgery. Whatever she decides, good luck to her.
