Ashton Kutcher is in trouble with the Feds after a conflict of interest.

Details, a well-known magazine, asked Kutcher a while back to take the position of guest editor for its online magazine named "The Social Issue," and he gladly obliged, pushing his growing acting career to the back burner. Unfortunately for Kutcher, he failed to show some very significant information regarding investments and where his financial interests lie.

It turns out that Ashton Kutcher has a lot of investments in a variety of social networking outlets, including those discussed in "The Social Issue" which he oversees. See the conflict of interest now? Kutcher has basically been promoting companies that he has money invested in, and he did not disclose this information, making it a problem especially because finances are involved. Thus far, Kutcher as well as Details magazine have admitted no wrong doing—but apparently they are going to need to if they want to stay out of trouble.
