'Basketball Wives LA' Fight: Draya Beaten by Laura Govan in MMA Brawl (Video)

Basketball Wives LA had another one of its best moments. A fight between Laura Govan and Draya ended with the latter having an out-of-body experience. The cast was at a gym learning MMA techniques for fighting in the ring. Unbeknownst to Draya, Laura had heard a rumor that her cast mate had been talking trash about her and her children. Needless to say, Laura was ready to lay the smack-down on her much smaller counterpart.

Within two seconds of Draya entering the caged ring, MMA techniques went out the window and fists were flying. It was obvious at that point that this supposed friendly fight was anything but that. Goven relentlessly pounded on Draya until they were broken up. Then, just like that, Goven was all smiles again. It was odd and pretty low down and dirty.

Basketball Wives LA is proving to be one of the most entertaining shows on TV. However, one has to wonder if the image they are showing the world of themselves is the one producers had hoped to capitalize on. Obviously, producers were hoping for drama but cruel fist fights, swearing and straight "hood rat" behavior couldn't have been on the agenda, right?

Hopefully, Draya has learned her lesson and won't ever enter into a brawl without being prepared. Several of her other cast mates have proven to be vindictive and shady. There's really no "fair play" on this show. One of the major reasons why so many of the other women dislike Draya is because she is a petit beauty with a questionable "dancing" past a.k.a. stripper. Recent topless photos of her probably didn't win over the other women either but fans can only hope that she will stay on.
