Are Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore getting divorced or not? With conflicting media coverage about their relationship, no one really knows what is going on. There was a report over the weekend that the couple attended Kabbalah services together, where they were seen hugging and acting "normal." Another story claimed that Demi hired a divorce attorney... so what's the real story?

Post, it really depends on who you believe. The website points out that both stories—though very different—are very believable and that this Hollywood marriage could go either way at this point. With the affection story coming from PEOPLE and the divorce attorney story coming from The Daily Mail UK, it seems evident that the duo more than likely attended services together and less than likely sought the expertise of a lawyer. But who do you believe?
No one knows what is going on between Ashton and Demi and with other rumors that the pair have an open marriage, well heck, that's even more confusing. There has been photographic evidence that Kutcher was with alleged mistress, Sara Leal, but did he hook up with her? And, if he did, was that forgiven by Moore?
This story is probably going to get a lot more involved before it's swept under the rug.
