Is she or isn't she? Lindsay Lohan claims that she's doing her court-appointed community service. However, she hasn't completed it all. Will what she has done be enough to appease the judge when she appears in court today?
Lindsay is certainly stretching the boundaries of her probation. She got kicked out of the women's shelter to which she was originally assigned. She was then reassigned to the American Red Cross. Just how much of her community service has she completed since then. According to Lindsay, a lot.
"I just want it...known, that just because I was not followed & photographed during the times I've gone to community service, doesn't mean that I wasn't following my obligations (by going) to the court," Lindsay Lohan said Tuesday in a social networking post.
Maybe the 25-year-old currently blonde actress thinks showing up every once in a while, and doing a short amount of time, will be enough to get the judge off her back. However, the court is pretty fed up with all Lindsay's antics and she may find herself in very hot water. That's especially true since the L.A. city attorney recommends the star be jailed after being fired from the woman's shelter.
The judge could opt to go either way. However, it's time for the bratty star to pay for her crimes. She shows no sign of remorse, nor does she seem to want to change. It's obvious, just looking at her, that the lifestyle she lives is aging her by decades instead of years. Maybe hitting rock bottom is the only way she'll learn her lesson and genuinely decide to put her life back on track.
What do you think? Should the courts be harsh with Lindsay Lohan or give her yet another pass?
