Ian Somerhalder in Athens with Nina Dobrev?

Ian Somerhalder is still healing from his torn ACL, but that's not stopping him from getting around. The Vampire Diaries actor tweeted about spending his weekend in Athens (Georgia, presumably), but was his girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, with him?

"Had a great time hobbling around Athens yesterdayÂ—thanks for the hospitality," Ian tweeted on Sunday. It's pretty clear that Ian is still on crutches, but it doesn't sound like he is missing out on too much. Nina hasn't tweeted about what she did this weekend, but it's very possible that the two were together.

Athens is about an hour away from Atlanta, where Ian, Nina, and the rest of TVD cast film. It would be a nice road trip for the two to take, just to get away together for a little while. Of course the pair has never confirmed nor denied their dating status, so it's not like they would admit that they spent some time together, but fans can imagine that's just what they did.
