Kris Humphries Hires Divorce Lawyer Lee Hutton

Lee Hutton will act as divorce attorney for Kris Humphries. Hutton and Humphries have worked together previously, and considering that Hutton represents many professional athletes it should come as no surprise that Humphries hired him to handle his and Kim Kardashian's divorce.

There was a prenuptial agreement prior to the wedding, which already details a lot of what can and cannot happen due to divorce. According to reports, Kris Humphries wants the divorce to go as smoothly as possible: "He doesn't want a war. He's lying low."

Kim Kardashian has also been lying low since she filed for divorce from Humphries on Halloween, after only 72 days of marriage. Kim hid in her house for a few days before she flew to Minnesota to speak with Kris Humphries in person. While there was some speculation of reconciliation, that turned out not to be at all true.

Humphries is wise to get his own divorce attorney. One just never knows what Kim Kardashian might have up her sleeve.
