Kim is now dealing with a lawsuit on top of all of the media drama over her divorce scandal with Kris Humphries. So what better way to respond to all of the drama than to file another lawsuit against a third individual - Jonathan Jaxson.
Jonathan Jaxson is Kim's former publicist and he went on the record to say that Kim never wanted to marry Kris Humphries and that the entire deal was a publicity stunt. To shut him up, Kim has hired Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer. Jaxson told Good Day LA on Friday morning that Kim Kardashian wanted to cancel the wedding 2 weeks before the nuptials took place. How he knows what Kim is thinking is questionable, given that he quit working for her in 2009.
Kim Kardashian is suing Jonathan Jaxson up to $195,000 in damages, given his random statements about the reality star. He claims that he helped Kardashian set up various events or incidences in hopes of sparking rumors to get her attention. This news doesn't seem unbelievable, as Kim loves to be in the 'positive' spotlight.
Kim Kardashian is suing over the violation of the confidentiality agreement between the two, which states that Jaxson must stay silent about events he experiences. He claims that no such agreement exists. Kim must be in deep trouble if she forgot to get him to sign such an agreement.
