Women are flocking to get Pippa Middleton's perfectly pert, round bum. In the process, pants that help boost a woman's butt to make it resemble Kate Middleton's sister's backside are flying off the shelves.
Look, with the way the British paparazzi and tabloids have covered Pippa Middleton's fashion and fanny since the Kate Middleton-Prince William royal wedding, it is hardly a surprise that the general population would catch on to a trend or two.
This is doubly true when you have been dubbed "her royal hotness." First, it was flesh-colored tights and knee-high boots, now it seems to be bum-lifting pants...or "Pippa pants."
It looks like the butt-lifters are outselling regular pants, at least in once store, Debenhams. They are called Invisible Shaping Bum Boosters and they are all the rage. They claim to lift one's butt two inches while pulling in the pooch in the front. For whom will these pants work? People who have a flat bum already.
If one's posterior is plump already, there probably isn't much that can be done by these pants. There is no way (short of surgery) to give someone their own perfect Pippa Middleton-esque bum. Then again, this may be a better, safer, and more cost-effective way of obtaining Pippa's bubble butt than surgery.
