Star celebs in Hollywood who hook up and settle down are seldom as interesting as Brangelina. Actress Angelina Jolie dished secrets about being a bad girl to 60 Minutes in a new celebrity interview. Saying she is lucky to be alive after years of hard partying, she credits Brad Pitt for taming her and helping her stop her addictions to the wild ride.
The actress is now a vibrant 36-year-old celebrity mom. To see her today, with the exception of her tattoos, you might never know how much of the world she's seen while getting around.
Angelina Jolie told 60 Minutes Bob Simon, "I went through heavy, darker times and I survived them. I didn't die young, so I'm very lucky. There are other artists and people who didn't survive certain things."
Going on to confess she is lucky to be alive and thankful for her relationship with Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, she said, "People can imagine I did the most dangerous and the worst. For many reasons, I shouldn't be here. You just think [about] those times when you came too close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken, too far."
Angelina Jolie has never been bashful about admitting she used to be in to self-harm, using illegal drugs, and her interest in kinky sex. Now, however, the bad girl gone good says her dark side has been tamed -- and she keeps her wild streak in check except for her tendencies to explore and adventure in private with Brad Pitt.
What a lucky fellow he is... "I'm still a bad girl..." says Angie. "I still have that side of me. It's just in its place now. ... It belongs to Brad."
