Talk about your rude awakenings. Actor Eric Dane and his beautiful wife Rebecca Gayheart supposedly got one last night courtesy of Mother Nature.
The always infamous California-Santa Ana winds kicked up a gale or two yesterday evening that managed to hit at least 100 miles an hour. One of them caused a eucalyptus tree to uproot and sent it crashing into the couple's Beverly Hills home. It broke a water pipe and kept on traveling to take out an automobile as well.
According to their neighbors, pregnant Rebecca wasn't hurt. Neither was Eric nor the couple's little daughter, Billie. However, the couple's representatives haven't yet confirmed any of the information, including whether Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart were actually home at the time. It's all speculation at this point.
According to local news, the fire department secured the house and surrounding area to prevent further damage. They also checked for loose wires that could result in fire or other hazards.
Obviously, fans of Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane hope the couple and their daughter are, indeed, fine and that they'll be able to get back into their home shortly.
