After chopping her long hair off for her role in Gimme Shelter, Vanessa Hudgens is experimenting with new styles as her hair starts to grow back. The actress went from having gorgeous super-long locks to an ear-length uneven bob, and it's fair to say that most people preferred her with long hair.

otted grabbing lunch on Friday and her hair was a little longer than her shoulders. She was rocking some loose waves and some serious bangs, but the style really seemed to fit her. It's easy enough (though time-consuming) to put extensions in your hair, but when your real hair starts to get long... well that's the best, especially after you cut it really short!
Hudgens was so dedicated to her role in Gimme Shelter that she wanted to cut her own hair and really go for it. She could have just worn a wig, but she was truly passionate about walking in the shoes of her character.
Luckily for all, hair grows back.
