Katy Perry, a virtual chameleon in terms of hair-color choices in recent months, debuted yet another look last night at the Change Begins Within benefit. This new 'do was a bit of a surprise with its understated blonde and pink hues and the short choppy bob styling. With blonde being Katy's natural hair color, perhaps this is yet another step back to achieving her given hue without completely destroying her remaining hair with bleaches and dyes.
The Change Begins Within benefit that Katy Perry attended with Russell Brand was held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Arts. The goal of the event is to raise money to instruct underserved inner city students, veterans with PTSD and American Indians in the art of transcendental meditation, a proven method of reducing stress according to the David Lynch foundation site.
It seems kind of fitting that Katy would choose such a venue to debut her new and more natural looking locks. The short choppy chin-length bob, featured in photos on Celebuzz, suits the starlet and really gives her a fun, flirty, and youthful appearance - particularly as she cuddled up next to her husband.
