On this week's episode of Watch What Happens Live, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong shared that she was not alone when she found her estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, the day he decided to commit suicide. He had hung himself in a friend's home in Los Angeles. Taylor shares that her daughter, Kennedy, was with her at the time she discovered that Russell had taken his own life. At the time, Taylor had filed for divorce and Russell was reportedly worried about how he would be portrayed on the Bravo show.
Taylor told Andy Cohen that Kennedy had a feeling that something bad had happened. "Did Daddy do something dumb?" she asked her mother, when they found him. The suicide was not part of this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Taylor Armstrong didn't share what she responded or how she told Kennedy that her father wouldn't be coming home. So how is Kennedy dealing with the loss of her father?
Taylor explained that they often hang out at Kyle Richards' house, a fellow The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member. Kennedy has "good days and bad days," but hanging out at Kyle's house feels like a big family, which apparently gives Kennedy comfort. "We have slumber parties at Kyle's house...(Kennedy) doesn't ever want to leave because it's a big family there, and we're just two people," Taylor shares.
What would you do in this situation? Do you think Taylor Armstrong did the right thing?
