Arnold Schwarzenegger may be back. Back in the good graces of his estranged wife Maria Shriver, that is. The former California governator was recently photographed looking tanned, relaxed, and grinning like a Cheshire cat at a café in Idaho. Most importantly, he was sporting a "gold band on his left ring finger." Since the former action star's left ring finger has been embarrassingly bare for months, the sudden reappearance of his wedding band probably means that he and Shriver have reconciled and the divorce has been cancelled.
Of course, Internet rumors have abounded recently that Maria Shriver was having second thoughts about proceeding with the divorce. Reportedly, Arnold Schwarzenegger "has been trying to worm his way back into her good graces by showering her with kindness and gifts" ever since she filed for divorce back on July 1, 2011. Now it seems as if his efforts, along with Maria's religion which forbids divorce, may have turned the trick. Plus, the fact that the formerly estranged couple spent Christmas together with their 4 children probably helped.
Oh well, the people who got their panties in a bunch over the Kim Kardashian divorce can take heart. Some people really do stick it out to the bitter end. And more power to them. People should be free to do what they think is best for them.
Wonder if one of Maria's conditions for remaining married to Arnold Schwarzenegger was that she hire all the help from now on--especially the new housekeeper?
