Katy Perry, Russell Brand Divorce: She'll Have to Pay Him $31 Million?

Katy Perry and Russell Brand's divorce may end up being a hefty pay day for Russell. Cha Ching, goes the cash register! Katy may end up paying her (strange) estranged husband upwards of $31 million because they reportedly don't have a prenup.

Perry had a blockbuster of a year selling single after single. However, that suddenly doesn't look so good now that Brand may be taking half! But will he? Those divorce thoughts and worries must be running through the Teenage Dreams singer's head. Where did all that wacky love between Perry and Brand go? And, now that it is gone, will it take $31 million with it?

Katy Perry and Russell Brand were married for a mere 14 months but their divorce could become one of the costly in 2012. California takes its 50/50 divorce law seriously and chances are if Brand follows through, he will get paid. But, he probably won't. They will most likely come to an agreement over property and a smaller payday.
