The "Stay Schemin" lyrics by Rick Ross and Drake have been among the most talked about from the new "Rich Forever" mixtape. A video has been released for the song featuring the aforementioned rappers and French Montana.
Of note, the new Rick Ross song borrows a hook/chorus from rapper Nas' song "Day Dreamin' (Stay Scheamin)" The latest "Stay Schemin" song features a verse by Drake believed to be aimed at Common and possibly Kobe Bryant's wife. The lyrics are a clear shot at someone with Drake telling them to "speak up" when they see him, rather than "duckin'" out.
The "Stay Schemin" video is dark in color and just under 5 minutes in length. It features the Bawse aka Rick Ross, and Drizzy aka Drake as they spit their lines. There's also expensive cars, jewelry, and stacks of cash on display, as well as the city. DJ Khaled is among the cameo appearances, as he's had his ties with both Drake and Ross.
While the new video doesn't present any revealing visuals in terms of Drake's possible disses, it certainly helps drive home his points. It's not all that often that rappers put out videos for mixtape songs. If nothing else, maybe Drake convinced Ross to make this video since Common has a video for "Sweet." Drake and Rick Ross are also said to be working on a collaborative mixtape too, so this could be the prequel to what's to come!
