Although fans may not have enjoyed this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the women on the show have had an emotional rollercoaster of a season. Not only did Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband commit suicide just as the season was about to air, but Camille Grammer's divorce was also in the spotlight. And don't forget Kim Richards' battle with alcohol and prescription medicine, despite her denying anything and everything.
Kyle Richards, the sister of Kim, finds it emotional to re-watch the episodes as they air on Bravo. Keep in mind that the episodes were taped in the summer, so the women have grown and moved on since then. So watching Kim's breakdown at the SUR launch party was tough for Kyle. "Oh, my gosh, it's so hard for me to watch that," she recently shared. "Season 2 has been very emotional to live through, and to watch it is difficult at times," she said. Although Kyle finds it hard to watch, she doesn't want Kim to watch this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"The last few episodes my sister isn't watching. I want her to move forward, not look back," Kyle said. And that would be a good thing for Kim. She has come so long from her time before rehab, as she continued to deny a battle with alcohol and pills. Now that she is out of rehab, she is doing great, living healthy, and has dumped her lazy boyfriend who was a bad influence on her. Re-watching the episodes may bring back too many memories, so it is understandable that Kyle wants to protect her sister.
