Kathy Griffin Strips on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' (Video)

In a recent viral video, controversial comedian Kathy Griffin strips on "The Late Show with David Letterman." Griffin is notorious for stirring up the pot, as she also has stripped around Anderson Cooper during a previous television appearance. Both incidents have now been featured on YouTube video, going viral online.

The latest near naked incident occurred on Letterman's show this past week, but back on December 31st Griffin had an infamous striptease on the air with Anderson Cooper for the live CNN New Year's Eve show. It shocked Cooper back then to the point Anderson has used a "no nudity" sign when he has Griffin on his shows. To recreate the infamous New Year's Eve moment Kathy decided to give Letterman and his viewers a taste of her "tease."

In the Kathy Griffin strip show video below, Letterman gets flustered as he asks if she needs help and even asks for "pliers." Griffin gets her skirt unzipped and reveals she has a bra on but no underwear, so the dress won't be coming off. Letterman didn't seem to mind the incident whatsoever, as he knew it would probably grab some attention for his show. Dave's "Late Show" airs around 11:30PM week nights on CBS.

Of course most live viewers, whether in the audience or at home, might prefer just about any other guest besides Griffin to strip on Letterman's late show. Griffin thrives on generating controversy, whether it be through humor, or taking off her clothes. She's all about the "shock factor," but at some point won't the novelty of Kathy Griffin stripping on different TV shows start to get old?
