Hilary Duff Pregnant: Staying Healthy With Workouts and a Strange Green Drink?

Hilary Duff pregnant is a sight to behold. The soon-to-be mother has a massive baby bump now and recently noted she's feeling a bit uncomfortable. Totally understandable, given she's due in March! On Tuesday, Hilary and her huge belly went for a nice workout. She's definitely trying to stay healthy and energized as her due date fast approaches.

In addition to a workout at a local gym, Hilary also tweeted a photo of a rather icky-looking green drink, saying, "Ohya green drink down the hatch!Love tweeting pics of this healthy guy bc at lease 300 people say eeww!It's so yum tho!" Yum? Um, ew? Whatever works, though. At this point, the (very) pregnant Hilary Duff needs to get all the vitamins in that she can. She also tweeted that she's got hubby Mike Comrie drinking the bright green brew!

So, what's in this creepy looking alien drink Hilary Duff is chugging down? It definitely looks like Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie. Last summer, the Duffster was spotted with one more than once. Healthy is good, but glowing, green drinks...yummy? If you say so, Hilary.
