Kim Kardashian and her divorce from Kris Humphries have raised no shortage of controversy, especially as the couple's figurative dirty laundry has recently been put on display via reality TV show series, Kourtney and Kim Take New York. And Humphries seems like he may be starting to really take a stand against all of it. Rumors are flying that he wants to take his ex-wife to court to prove the marriage was a fraud. What's more, one of the basketball pro's biggest issues now reportedly has to do with the wedding presents gifted to him and K.K. from well-wishing friends and family (at least the ones that apparently weren't put towards a charitable donation by Kardashian). He wants all of them returned to their rightful, original owners, or at least for the rest of what's left to be split down the middle with him. He was the other half in this failed relationship after all!
"She won't return the wedding gifts," a source close to Kris Humphries and his family revealed of Kim Kardashian, as Hollywood Life reports. "One of the super expensive wedding gifts they received was a Ferrari and he thinks it, like all the other gifts should be returned to its sender." Odd, as last fall, some reports had the reality show diva plunking down a chunk of sizeable change on her own white Ferrari. So are there two sets of the sporty wheels?!
Well, Humphries wouldn't know about the Ferrari(s) or anything else, that is if this insider is correct. "Kris has never seen any of his gifts," the source claimed. "He doesn't have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore they should have been at least divided 50/50." He definitely has a point there... at least they could serve as a consolation prize for all the trouble, paparazzi and bad press to which he's been subjected.
It seems the Humph is now just like the rest of the Kardashian followers in that all he knows he's read or heard. "He's read in the magazines that she's returned some of the gifts and exchanged them for Rolex watches. He also heard a rumor she returned the gifts and gave the money to charity, but he doesn't know about that either," the source said. Hopefully, the latter is the case, so at least some good can come out of this situation that certainly started as a fairytale but did not end happily ever after.
