"The Bachelor" Ben Flajnik may be taken by Courtney Robertson's beauty, maybe even falling in lust rather than falling in true love. And the skinny-dipping in last week's episode would have done nothing to remedy that situation! Of course, there's always the sneaking suspicion that producers have told Flajnik to keep her on the "reality" love show to keep things interesting with the buzz-worthy controversy she always stirs up. Either way, Robertson is the current villain of the hit ABC series that the other girls after Flajnik's heart love to hate. And they may be justified, if rumors that Robertson is only on the show for self-promotion prove true. After all, Flajnik is reportedly her fourth celebrity fling in her apparent quest to win publicity and attention. And she does seem quite manipulative!
At 28, Courtney Robertson's modeling career may be on a downward trajectory. But she's not leaving the industry without putting up a fight, at least according to Hollywood Life and its theory that she's on The Bachelor to gain fame, not fall in love. For proof, one just has to look to her dating record, which includes a trio of famous hunks—from handsome Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe to Reese Witherspoon's husband, Jim Toth, before he was married to Witherspoon, that is. Interestingly, Toth and Robertson were rumored to have split because he wanted commitment and she wanted to focus on her career and increasing her fame factor.
And, then, there was also the mystery case of hot actor Adrian Grenier. Now, fast forward to The Bachelor and Courtney Robertson's perhaps last-ditch effort to go big or literally go home. Mission accomplished, so far. She seems to be putting her model good looks and manipulative acting skills to good use. But, if she really is on the show for all the wrong reasons, hopefully she doesn't get that final rose from Ben Flajnik. There's only so long she could keep up the charade after the cameras are turned off.
