Rumors erupted over the weekend insinuating the two had picked up the pieces of their very old relationship and were getting serious.
A friend of Pippa's has talked with Us Weekly and cleared up any confusion. The source explains, "They have always just been friends." Pippa hooked up with George shortly after ending her relationship with Alex Loudon. The two appeared to be more than just friends, but sources have repeatedly denied there is anything there. Another source echoes the first and says, "Their friendship is more like brother and sister." George and Pippa have been spending a lot of time together, but it does not look like there will be any wedding bells anytime soon.
Would anybody close to Pippa actually admit to the relationship? The girl is already a major tabloid pull and cannot step out her front door without being hounded by paparazzi. The minute she gets into a relationship, that attention will magnify ten fold. It would be extremely difficult to pursue any relationship with so much media attention.
