Robert Downey, Jr. Has a Junior of His Own

Actor Robert Downey, Jr. is the proud papa of a baby boy. He and wife, Susan, welcomed their bundle of joy early Tuesday morning. Although he is techincally the junior member of the family, the latest addition isn't named after his father. He has his very own moniker -- Exton Elias Downey.

Exton weighed in at 7 lbs., 5 oz. His length, however, was not immediately released. He extends the family to four counting big brother, Indigo, who is 18. He is the product of an earlier marriage for the actor.

There was a time when many family, friends and fans alike thought Robert Downey, Jr. was a lost cause; wasting his talent in a mist of booze and drugs. But he proved them all wrong, pulling himself back together to come back stronger than ever. He is once again a highly respected and admired member of the Hollywood élite.

Dad, mom and son are all healthy, happy and ready to begin a new chapter in their lives. Congratulations to them all!
