While Nina Dobrev partied with friends at the Super Bowl, her boyfriend, Ian Somerhalder, took some time to tweet some incredibly deep thoughts. The handsome The Vampire Diaries star is certainly more than just a pretty face. There is a wonderful brain and gentle soul behind the gorgeous looks.
After spending the weekend apart from his girlfriend, Ian Somerhalder tweeted, "Love this quote: You do not 'have' a soul, you ARE a soul. You have a body. C.S. Lewis." Wow! What a deep thought. The actor was certainly spending time pondering the state of things when he took the time to send that out on his Twitter timeline. It seems obvious he was missing Nina Dobrev a bit as she spent time with friends at the big game.
Do you agree? People are blessed with bodies, but their essence is truly the soul, which is part of what makes them different from the rest of the inhabitants of the Earth. Obviously, people often focus on taking care of their bodies, but is there enough focus on the soul?
