Apparently, it is possible to support PETA and sell fur at the same time. Khloe Kardashian has been a PETA and animal activist for years; and while she herself won't be sporting the fur, there seems to be a misunderstanding in her approach to animal kindness. Sure, the fur is not on her shoulders, but her clothing store DASH sells fur products, meaning she gains a profit from selling fur. Unlike Kim Kardashian who has taken a beating from PETA about her fur-trending closet and her sister Kourtney being indifferent about the issue, Khloe keeps saying how much she loves animals --- but once they are dead and skinned, it's all profit?
A Polish model Joanna Krupa has now started an online petition asking the Kardashians, including Khloe Kardashian, to remove all fur-related products from their DASH stores across the country. While Kim and Kourtney may ignore the petition, Khloe should think twice about it. If she really is as passionate about animals as she claims, she should lead the sisters in banning all fur products from their store.
So will this Polish model succeed in changing the Kardashians sisters' priorities around putting ethics before profit? It is doubtful but hopefully Khloe will read this to see how much of a contradiction this really is.
