Popular Black Eyed Peas singer, Fergie, claims she's interested in becoming a judge for X Factor. Rumor has it that she told Mario Lopez she'd welcome the chance to do the Simon Cowell show. She's a big fan of both the show and the acerbic Brit.
"That would be something I would love to do," she cooed. She did, however, note that timing could be an issue. As fans know, the lovely singer is working on getting pregnant with her actor husband, Josh Duhamel. She and the Transformers star very much want to have a family in the near future.
"If I did the show, I'd want to give 110 percent to those contestants," said Fergie. "That's what they deserve."
Some might argue that 50 percent of Fergie is as valuable as some other people's 100 percent. However, it's commendable that the feisty performer isn't willing to short-change anyone if she can help it. It's a quality fans have come to expect from Fergie. X Factor fans have a right to expect it too.
