In the March issue of Allure, Kim Kardashian claims that she has been asked to be a gestational carrier for little sister Khloe. If the latest issue of In Touch is to be believed, Kim isn't the only sister Khloe Kardashian has asked to carry her baby.
Khloe, who has struggled to get pregnant with hubby Lamar Odom's baby and is tired of fertility treatments, has asked Kourtney Kardashian to carry her child -- and Kourtney has said yes, In Touch (via HollywoodLife.com) is reporting.
"She immediately said yes," a "family friend" dishes to the mag, adding that Kourtney and Khloe "have grown closer than ever" while Kim deals with her divorce drama. "Kourtney will do anything to help because she knows just how much Khloe is suffering over her infertility."
Kourtney is currently pregnant with her second child with baby daddy Scott Disick (who "isn't thrilled" about the potential surrogacy because "in typical Scott fashion, it doesn't benefit him so he's against it") and wants to delay the plans until the end of 2013 so she has time to recover, which Khloe is fine with.
"She's desperate for [a] child," In Touch's source says. "How it happens doesn't matter, as long as it just happens."
Gossip Cop got a denial from "a source close to the Kardashian family," who calls In Touch's report "ridiculous" -- and since Gossip Cop is in bed with the Kardashians, that probably came straight from Kris Jenner. But this is the second time a story like this has surfaced: A couple of months back it was reported that E! execs had pitched Kourtney giving the baby she's currently carrying to Khloe and Lamar. And with Kim now claiming that Khloe has "jokingly" asked her to be a gestational carrier, there's a good chance that In Touch could actually be right about something for once. Khloe has been talking about wanting a baby for months, and her fertility struggles could definitely be fodder for multiple reality shows. The Kardashians aren't above using people -- even innocent babies -- for ratings and fame, so documenting a Kourtney-Khloe surrogacy scheme wouldn't be too far-fetched for them.
What do you think? Should Kourtney Kardashian be a gestational carrier for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom? Is this crazy? Sound off in the comments!
