Kim Kardashian and her divorce from Kris Humphries has taken an even more dramatic turn, with Humphries wanting to go public and prove what he promises was a fake wedding and marriage. While Kardashian may be feeling the pressure, she shows no sign of stress on the March 2012 cover of Allure magazine, where she cuts a sultry, ravishing profile that's surprisingly exposed, as the reality show diva poses bare-faced with barely the sign of any makeup. It's definitely a departure for Kardashian, who typically goes for all-out glamour with heavy eye makeup, false lashes and a strong lip. But Kardashian's beauty routine to ensure she puts her best skin forward and always achieves that enviable glow is far from simple and straight-forward, as she revealed to Allure.
It is no secret that Kim Kardashian has struggled with psoriasis, no doubt even more so now as some claim the skin problem can be exacerbated by stress. But she goes to great measures to cover up any unsightly red blotches or rash-like marks with a skin regimen that's suitable for all glow-getters, psoriasis or not!
Kardashian told the magazine that she uses a combination of lotion, spray tanning products and shimmers, as Hollywood Life reports. Her personal tanning guru, Jimmy Coco, keeps her bronzed and beautiful, but those without the Coco touch can most likely achieve similar results with the use of self-tanners, which also conveniently protect against what can be harmful, skin-damaging rays of tanning beds and the sun.
As for moisturizing lotions, Kim Kardashian somewhat shockingly skips anything too fancy and expensive, instead opting for the drugstore route with St. Ives. She also puts on Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs to cover any splotchy skin spots and then finishes with Scott Barnes Body Bling for shimmer. After all, with Kardashian, everything (even her skin!) needs some measure of sparkle!
