Whitney was on drugs before she got with Bobby, so, he is not the cause of her addiction. Them being together may have lead them both into a spiral of addiction. If Bobbi is in fact using, I hope she gets REAL help and starts creating a productive life for herself.

Are you insinuating that she was scared of Clive Davis? Perhaps she should have met her commitments to her contract with him instead of feeding the monkey on her back. She had not a care in the world as to her repsonsibilities while doing crack...and that was for a whole lot of years. When you are signed to a record label it is not just about the music, it is also about image and what image she portrayed on Being Bobby Brown, her bathroom crackhouse photos smeared all over magazines and her gas station appearances at 4.30am stoked with crack and crooked wig?
No, I say NO! to all the empathy going out for WH, even after death. She took herself down that alley, we did not. And Clive Davis? How long can a person support someone on a downwards spiral?

WH was on drugs long before she hooked up with BB. Cissy is doing the same thing she did with her daughter. Denying the fact there is a problem. So Cissy before you lose BK allow people who do know what is going on, to step in and do the right thing.
Why do I get the distinct impression that if BK is locked up in rehab that Cissy fears being locked away from WH money? My God...it's always about the money is it not?

I doubt Cissy is concerned about money, because I am sure Whitney left her mother in great shape. I do believe that Cissy is denial and does need to stand back and allow this young woman to get the help she needs; whether it be drugs or just emotional healing. We can only speculate, unless we have seen with our own eyes Bobbi doing drugs. I know what it's like to lose parents. She needs love and support.

As much as I hate to admit it, I actually watched Being Bobby Brown. Perhaps it was the fascination (not in a nice way) of watching Whitney deconstructing. To everyone she was this young girl who grew up to be a beautiful fashionista with the most fantastic voice. It was like standing on the banks of a vortex and she was in the middle of it and you cannot swim to help her and there is noone else around to help her, not even a branch to hold out to her. Suddenly BK appears, walks out to her and tries to help her, but Whitney simply pushes her away. BK, a child that saw it all while actually being the "adult", even though a child, in this house of destruction. She was rewarded with thick wads of $ bills to shop and do as she pleases. If this was what was happening to her, just imagine how many others were being paid off to stay away and out of WH and BB's lives to allow them to do as they pleased. Was that not the time for Cissy and all other family members, who so supposedly cared for WH, to step up and save her...one way or another? They were not doing it because noone wanted to suffer the wrath and loss of money flow from the Golden Goose. Perhaps they did try to help, but it seems that noone persevered. Everyone was aware of what was going on as it was on TV for all to see.
As for Bobbi Kristina...she has exprienced drugs as the pictures showed in magazines. The family admitted as much at the time. For Cissy to now deny it, simply because she does not want these rumors about her granddaughter, is irresponsible. If anything, say less and take charge, which I hope she is doing.
None of us know if WH's death will remain a reminder to BB and BK of what the end result may be. We can only go on with our lives and hope it will not be the same. I sincerely wish that whole family well.

Your comments are low. You sound so full of anger and hatred. It seems as if you should be working on your own issues instead of worrying about what the Houston's and Brown's should or should not be doing. To be so negative of Whitney you seem to have spent a lot of time reading about her and watching "BBB". Sounds like you know all the answers to their problems, but what about your own? Maybe you should try working on your own demons. Those who criticize and judge are people who are "trying" to make themselves look better by putting others down. Get some help.

T HILTON...Really? I ask because if I had their problems I would not be able to think straight or read your stupid, ignorant response. Not so fast! If you could understand what you read you will actually understand that I commented, yes with some anger, at a life wasted that did not have to be so. One person not being serious about getting that life saved and now not seeing it happening all over again. Also about BB being blamed for everything because people have to have a scapegoat. On the contrary, I was a huge fan of WH and still a huge fan of her music. I wonder where the hatred comes in to my comment (response to earlier comment by someone else).
