Kate Middleton has expressed her love of the popular UK show, The Only Way Is Essex and now she is being offered the chance to meet one of her favorite characters, Lauren Goodger. Lauren recently opened a new salon and would love the Duchess of Cambridge to pop in for a visit.
The TOWIE look is comparable to the look the cast members of Jersey Shore like to sport -- lots of spray tan, heavy makeup and fake eyelashes. Of course, the dresses that are about two sizes too small are a key part of the Essex look. Can you imagine Kate fake-and-baked with a face that looks like it was painted on with a brush? Not exactly the kind of look that screams "Your Royal Highness."
On last night's episode of TOWIE, Lauren joked, "I wrote a letter to Kate Middleton to come down." Lauren adds, "I would love her to come down. That would be lovely, amazing."
Lauren has a few ideas on how she would improve Kate, although she already thinks she is "stunning." The reality star says, "I would love to give her a nice spray tan. Give her the Essex look. I'm sure she'll love it." Probably not and the Queen of England would most likely disprove of an orange member of the royal family.
While Kate may stop by for a quick hello, it would be a shame for her to get the oompa loompa treatment. Kate's natural paleness is part of her appeal. She looks very youthful and healthy. Kate Middleton is beautiful just the way she is and does not need the heavy cosmetics and fake tanning. That is what all those pantyhose are for.
