Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev were seen holding hands at Elton John's pre-Oscar party on Sunday. The duo not only did interviews, but they also showed off their chemistry, sticking close to one another on the red carpet—and inside!
Hollywood Life reports that the pair was inseparable all night and that they were not only holding hands, but also hugging (and they have a photo to prove it)! While the two have attended various events together in the past, they have rarely shown any signs of being in love and they generally try to keep their romance quiet while out in public. For some reason, however, this party was different.
Perhaps Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are letting loose a bit because it's exhausting trying to hide their feelings all the time. Since everyone knows that they are together, it makes sense that they would just act casual—a little bit of hand-holding isn't anything to go wild about... unless of course you're a huge fan of Ian and Nina! It's great that they were able to have fun and just be themselves last night!
