Ray J has been virtually silent since the death of his good friend, Whitney Houston, making it beyond clear that he is still having a hard time handling her passing. He and his sister, Brandy, were very close to the singer and although it's been a few weeks, they are both still grief-sticken—and understandably so.
According to TMZ, Brandy
had a performance in Los Angeles on Friday night and while many of her fans expected her to pay tribute to Whitney by singing one of her songs, Brandy decided against it. Instead, she sang the song Right Here and dedicated it to Houston.
It's really nice that Brandy did something during her concert to remember Whitney Houston. One can only imagine that Ray J will do the same if and when he gets back to performing. You can't help but feel bad for those close to Whitney... it's so hard for them to deal with this and it is all still too fresh.
