Kelly Osbourne Glad Miley Cyrus Isn’t ‘Perfect'?

Miley Cyrus is far from perfect. It is well documented that the former Hannah Montana star has put the rebel in rebellious teen. Between public outbursts about her father, 'Salvia gate,' risqué costumes, and recent trips to allegedly buy marijuana at a local medicinal distributer, Miley has faced her share of scrutiny. Lucky for her, Kelly Osbourne is glad that she isn't too 'perfect.'

See, the first impression that Kelly Osbourne had of Miley Cyrus is that the Disney star was a princess:

When I first met Miley I thought, 'You're too f***ing perfect, you Disney b***h. But I love her—she's got a level head on her shoulders—unlike so many silly LA girls.'

A level head? Okay, so Miley Cyrus' brand of crazy isn't exactly Kelly Osbourne's family's brand. Kelly's dad is rocker Ozzy Osbourne, after all. Perhaps Kelly is using the term 'level headed' a bit more loosely than most would. Still, it seems that Osbourne can look past what most see in Cyrus, which is the outside antics. It is true that they both grew up with superstar parents and both are lightning rods when it comes to public perception. Goodness the two could be sisters, right?
