'Real Housewives' Vicki: Does Her Daughter have Cancer?

Everyone who has watched The Real Housewives of Orange County over the past few years know that Vicki Gunvalson's daughter has battled with some health issues, including issues with her thyroid. However, on this current season, there have been talks about her having cancer and getting tested. And then, all of a sudden, she got engaged and married within a short period of time, which could indicate that she was really sick and wanted to have it all before running out of time.

Wetpaint Entertainment did some digging to see how Briana is doing now that all the testing and surgeries are over. Based on Vicki's Facebook and Twitter accounts, the website can reveal that she is no longer sick and doesn't have cancer. In October, Briana had surgery to remove her thyroid because there was a chance she had cancer. This will be featured on an upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

"Long day for Briana. She just got out of recovering and is in her room. Surgery was much more serious and invasive than we thought it would be. Removal of her entire thyroid, numerous nodules and lymph nodes. One more hurdle is getting results back from pathology. Thank you for all your prayers everyone," Vicki shared on her Facebook. "Thank you for asking. Briana's thyroid was removed and is benign .. Thank God. She's doing much better."

Briana's quickie wedding had nothing to do with her health condition. She is doing well and it seems like the couple will have a healthy and long future together.
