Christina Aguilera is having the last laugh at the expense of her fellow The Voice judge Adam Levine. One year ago, the Maroon 5 rocker made it publicly known that he thought celebrity fragrances were stupid, which made his announcement last week that he is launching his own fragrance all the more surprising. Adam Levine's hypocrisy has been quickly pointed out by the pop singer.
"Ha ha. Adam Levine, what a difference a year makes. Welcome to the celebrity fragrance family!" Christina Aguilera tweeted. To make sure that people understood what she was referring to, she shared a link to Adam Levine's post from last March, in which he wrote that he "would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward."
There's no doubt that the pop singer, who has several fragrances, was irked by his comments last year and gleefully took the chance to mock him the first chance she got. Other celebrities with their own fragrances include Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, and Rihanna. As fans of The Voice can see though, the two judges' jabs at each other are all in good fun.
