Tim Tebow has turned down the offer to be on The Bachelor, but Kris Humphries isn't necessarily out of the competition just yet. Chris Harrison, the host of the show, would be more than happy to give Kris the chance to find true love on the show if he does want to find a nice, normal woman on the show. In a recent interview, Chris Harrison shut down rumors of Tim Tebow being on the show to find love, but did state that having an athlete on the show would definitely put the show on another level. And after the failure of Ben Flajnik's journey, which pulled in the lowest ratings in history, a celebrity could result in the show's big return.
When Chris Harrison was suggested Kris Humphries, he didn't shut down the idea. "He would be good and obviously he's ready to get married. It's just, could we make it longer than 72 days that would be the big question," Chris joked when addressing Kris being on the show.
Kris is familiar with reality television and would definitely be interesting to watch him mingle with tons of women at one time. For one, Kim made him look like a jerk on Kourtney and Kim Take New York as their marriage was falling apart, so many fans don't feel like they actually know Kris for who he really is. This would be his ideal chance to redeem himself in the public eye and possibly find love with someone who isn't desperate to be in the spotlight.
