Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won't be forgotten for long, despite the current buzz about The Hunger Games. Rumors say the new film will lure Twilight fans away from Rob and Kristen and they'll soon be nothing but a vague memory.
According to a report from Flix 66, both The Hunger Games and the Twilight series of films are both big franchises for Lionsgate/Summit, so there's no way the production company is going to allow one of their films to shine while the other gets left in the dust. Why else do you suppose the release of a new trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 2 just happened to coincide with the premiere of The Hunger Games?
It may very well be that for the next couple of weeks the trending topics and headlines will feature way more of Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth that Rob and Kristen, but it will also be very interesting to learn how their names get slipped into the media. 'Twihards' have absolutely nothing to worry about. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won't be forgotten.
Instead of considering whether Rob and Kristen will become but a distant memory in a vampire dream, fans should instead start wondering if in fact Breaking Dawn Part 2 will truly be the very last in the Twilight series. That has long been the rumor, but hey--rumors are made to be dispelled or proven--which one do you think this will be?
Stephenie Meyer could in fact still pen one last installment in the vampire saga, but then an even bigger question would present itself. Would Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart even want to do yet one more Twilight film?
