Prince William is back with his bride, Kate Middleton, only to have a housemate move in. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, at their Kensington Palace home, will play host to Prince Harry. All his "gear" has been moved over from their father's London digs at Clarence House, reports Daily Mail, and everyone is happy. Has anyone asked Kate Middleton?
Yes, reveals the tab. The duke and duchess have "welcomed Harry with open arms." But until now, the move was secret. Sometimes the palace likes to keep locations quiet, until everything is settled. And no, Harry and Kate and Will won't exactly be sharing the same bathroom sink. After all, Kensington Palace—recently reopened to tourists and other paying visitors—is a gigantic place, which once was the primary seat of the British monarchy.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are currently living—when they are in London—in Nottingham Cottage, which is a separate building. Prince Harry has moved in to a small, one-bedroom apartment in the main castle. It isn't much, but hey, it's home. That seems to be Harry's attitude. "He has been really looking forward to getting his own place after living with his father for so long. Understandably he wants to spread his wings," a source shared.
And the coziness is set to be permanent. Prince William and Kate Middleton will move, by the end of next year, into larger apartments in Kensington Palace, while Prince Harry takes over the cottage. Perhaps he could think of settling down there—with Chelsy Davy? Gossip says that romance is on again.
Meanwhile, the brothers have formed a team, which they expect will endure for life. They have always been close, and Prince William trusts his brother totally. Harry, in turn, respects William and his extra responsibilities. "Loyalty," a source says, "is key."
